Variety

The variety of olives that we use in the production of Kir Giorgo is called Manaki. Thanks to the early harvest it has a rich and fruity flavor, with notes of citrus, flowers, herbs, and tomato leaves. Slightly bitter and spicy, it leaves a pleasant and velvety feel to the mouth. Balanced and rich, even when cooked, Manaki olive oil gives color to your dish.

It is considered one of the best and most recognizable Greek Olive Oils.
