The variety of olives that we use in the production of Naté – MANAKI is called Manaki. Thanks to the early harvest it has a rich and fruity flavor, with notes of citrus, flowers, herbs, and tomato leaves. Slightly bitter and spicy, it leaves a pleasant and velvety feel to the mouth. Balanced and rich, even when cooked, Manaki olive oil grants a special color to your dish.

It is considered one of the best and most recognizable Greek Olive varieties.
