RETURN POLICY
You can return a product quickly and easily.
You can decide to cancel an order, within 14 days from the delivery of the items and return all items of the order to us, at your own expense, within 14 days from the day you told us you are canceling the order (via email, phone or return voucher). Please keep the return receipt.
The return of defective products will be made at the expense of our Company both in terms of shipping costs of defective products to us, and the cost of shipping new products to the buyer. After the return of the products, the defective product is inspected by the Company, which will contact you for information on the result of the inspection. If the defect is found by our Company, the product is replaced, otherwise the transaction is canceled in case the product cannot be replaced in a reasonable time. In case of cancellation of the transaction, the refund of the original purchase is made interest-free in the same way as the initial payment of the buyer to the Company, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are responsible for reducing the value of the items due to incorrect handling. The returned item must be in its original packaging and in excellent condition.
You can, within 14 days from the delivery of the items, replace any type of order with another without being charged with new shipping costs.
